The Features of Production Line
● To choose a reasonable measurement method according to customer’s requirement such as: weighing modules ,flow meter, etc..
● There are two options to choose for the filling and capping system according to customer’s output requirement and the site space limit:
I: The separate 4 to 6 filling nozzles linear filling unit and the separate single head capping machine. Capacity: 4 to 12 bottles per minute.
II: The 4 filling nozzles intermittent circling filling unit and the single head capping in ONE machine. Capacity: 6 to 10 bottles per minute.
● The filling needles do up and down movement to prevent liquid foaming or splashing.
● The professional inlet/outlet one-way valve design ensures no leakage during filling.
● The machine is adopted with the precise servo technology to control the capping torsion.
● The equipment mainly adopts the SUS304, Aluminum Alloy, non-toxic polymer material. Pharmaceutical grade polymer materials or 316L stainless steel are used for the filling needles. The whole production line meets GMP requirements.
● CIP and SIP  and the relevant system units are optional to customers’ requirement. 100 Laminar FFU is also optional.
