● Adopt SUS 316L piston pump, ceramic plunger pump, peristaltic pump or customer designated pumps for precision filling. The filling accuracy is ±0.5~1%.
● Professional design of inlet/outlet check valves and precision machining ensure 100% no dripping while filling.
● The filling nozzles can move up and down or submersible while filling, which ensures no bubbling or splashing.
● Specially designed servo technology or magnetic induction technology controls the cap screwing torque and the flexible connection press and screw buffering methods ensures the stability of cap screwing force, no damage of caps and stable and reliable quality of capping.
● The function of intelligent control of whole production line makes for chain control of upstream and downstream working equipment.
